Assets and Liabilities Allocable to a Class. The assets and liabilities belonging to a Series shall be fully allocated among all the Classes of that Series. For purposes of determining the assets and liabilities belonging to a Series which are allocable to a Class of that Series, subject to the provisions of paragraph (f) of Section 5 of this Article III, the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section 6 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, as if each Class were a Series.
