Common use of Assets Necessary to Business Clause in Contracts

Assets Necessary to Business. The Assets constitute all of the assets, properties, licenses, real and personal property leases, permits, consents and other agreements which are presently being used or are reasonably related to the business and operations of the Business as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assets.

Assets Necessary to Business. The Assets constitute include all of the property and assets, propertiestangible and intangible, licenses, real and personal property all leases, permits, consents licenses and other agreements agreements, which are presently being used necessary to permit Purchaser to carry on, or are reasonably related to the business and operations of currently use or hold for use in, the Business as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assets.

The Assets constitute include all of the assets, properties, licenses, real property and personal property leases, permits, consents and other agreements which are presently being used or are reasonably related to the business and operations of the Business as presently conducted, assets (except for the Excluded Assets), tangible and intangible, and all leases, licenses and other agreements, which are necessary to permit Buyer to carry on, or currently used or held for use in, the business of Company as presently conducted.

The Assets constitute include all of the property and assets, propertiestangible and intangible, licenses, real and personal property all leases, permits, consents licenses and other agreements agreements, which are presently being used reasonably necessary to permit Purchaser to carry on, or are reasonably related to the business and operations of currently use or hold for use in, the Business as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assets.

The Assets constitute all of the assets, properties, licenses, real and personal property leases, permits, consents licenses and other agreements which that are presently currently being used or are reasonably related to the business Business as currently conducted and operations of include all assets, properties, licenses and other agreements necessary to permit Buyer to conduct the Business as presently conducted, except for in the Excluded Assetssame manner that it has been conducted prior to the date hereof.

The Included Assets constitute include all of the property and assets, propertiestangible and intangible, licenses, real and personal property all leases, permits, consents licenses and other agreements which agreements, which, together with the Excluded Assets, are presently being necessary to permit the Buyer to carry on, or are currently used or are reasonably related to the business and operations of held for use in, the Business as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assets.

Assets Necessary to Business. The Assets constitute all of the assets, properties, licenses, real and personal intellectual property leases, permits, consents and other agreements which that are presently currently being used or are reasonably related in the Business and include all assets, properties, licenses, and intellectual property and other agreements necessary to permit Buyer to conduct the Business in the same manner that it has been conducted during the six (6) months prior to the business and operations of the Business as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assetsdate hereof.
