Assets Pledged to Satisfy Enforcement Proceedings. The foregoing ------------------------------------------------- limited waiver of sovereign immunity is expressly conditioned on the parties' agreement, set forth herein, that the only assets, including property and funds, which shall be available, and which are thus specifically pledged and assigned hereby, to satisfy any enforcement proceedings or judgment in connection with this Agreement, or any other Transaction Document, shall be limited to (i) the Collateral, and (ii) possession of the Leased Premises as provided herein.
