ASSIGN OR SUBLET. 1) The tenant may assign the tenancy agreement or sublet the manufactured home site to another person only if one of the following applies: a) the tenant has obtained the prior written consent of the landlord of the park to the assignment or sublease, or is deemed to have obtained that con- sent, in accordance with the regulations; b) the tenant has obtained an order of an arbitrator authorizing it. 2) The landlord and tenant must follow the specific procedure when consent is sought.
