Common use of Assignability and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Assignability and Binding Effect. The Consulting Services to be rendered by Consultant are personal in nature. Consultant may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of Consultant’s rights or obligations hereunder except to a corporation of which Consultant is the sole stockholder.
