Common use of Assignability by LHC Clause in Contracts

Assignability by LHC. LHC may, at any time and from time to time, assign, conditionally or otherwise, all of the rights of LHC under this Guaranty, whereupon such assignee shall succeed to all rights of LHC hereunder. LHC may, at any time and from time to time, assign, conditionally or otherwise, all of the rights of LHC under this Guaranty, whereupon such assignee shall succeed to all rights of LHC hereunder to the extent that such rights may be assigned to it. LHC may give written notice to the Guarantors of any such assignment, but any failure to give, or delay in giving, such notice shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any such assignment.
