Common use of Assignability by the Company Clause in Contracts

Assignability by the Company. The Company shall have the right to assign (i) any or all of its rights or obligations to purchase shares of Stock pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 hereof and (ii) any or all of its other rights or obligations hereunder to any part of the Company Group; provided, however, that no such assignment shall relieve the Company from its obligations thereunder.
