Common use of Assignability of Contract Clause in Contracts

Assignability of Contract. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and upon their successors and assigns for the full term of this Agreement. The parties agree that the terms and obligations herein contained shall not be affected, modified, altered, or changed in any respect by the transfer or assignment by the Board or any or all of its property, control, ownership, or management, or by any change in the legal status of the Board or any part thereof.
