Each Principal Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude from all agreements or documents entered into after the Closing Date, any term or provision that would prevent such Principal Company or a Subsidiary Guarantor from granting a Lien in such agreements or documents to the Collateral Agent under the Collateral Documents.
