Assignability of Contracts. The Parent shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, use its commercially reasonable efforts to exclude from all Material Contracts entered into after the Closing Date, any term or provision that would prevent the Parent or a Subsidiary Guarantor from granting a Lien in such agreements or documents to the Collateral Agent under the Collateral Documents.
