Assignability of Demand Registration Rights. The rights offered a Demand Holder pursuant to this Section 2.02 are only assignable to a Permitted Transferee of such Demand Holder. Any such assignment permitted hereunder shall be effected hereunder only by giving written notice thereof from both the transferor and the transferee to the Company.
