Assignability; Successors. Guarantor’s rights and liabilities under this Guaranty are not assignable or delegable, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Vicis. The provisions of this Guaranty shall be binding upon Guarantor, its successors and permitted assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Vicis, its successors and assigns.
