Assignability; Successors. Debtor’s rights and liabilities under this Security Agreement are not assignable or delegable, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Seatac. The provisions of this Security Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties.
