Common use of Assignation Clause in Contracts

Assignation. 42.1. The Supplier may not assign its interest in the Contract or any part of it without the prior written consent of the Purchaser. 42.2. Notwithstanding clause 42.1, the Supplier may assign to another person (an "Assignee") the right to receive the price due to the Supplier under the Contract subject to: 42.2.1. deduction of sums in respect of which the Purchaser exercises its right of recovery under clause 15 (Recovery of Sums Due); and
