Common use of Assignation Clause in Contracts

Assignation. The Beneficiary shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations under this Guarantee at any time to any person without the consent of the Guarantor being required and any such assignment, assignation or transfer shall not release the Guarantor from its liability under this Guarantee.
