Common use of Assignation Clause in Contracts

Assignation. 18.1 The Supplier shall not, without the prior written consent of the University, assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract.

Assignation. 18.1 17.1 The Supplier shall not, without the prior written consent of the University, assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract mortgage, subcontract, declare a trust of or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract. The Supplier shall not disclose any interest of any kind arising as a result of this Contract by way of advertisement, publicity or purposes of trade without prior consent of the University.
