Common use of Assignee Obligation Clause in Contracts

Assignee Obligation. Any assignee will be required to assume all obligations of Tenant and shall be jointly and severally liable with Tenant for the performance of all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Any sublessee will be required to assume all obligations of Tenant to the extent they relate to the subleased premises. Tenant shall provide Landlord duplicate originals of all instruments of assignment, sublease or assumption. If the Transferee defaults, Landlord may, without affecting any other rights of Landlord, proceed against Tenant or any Transferee or any other person liable for Tenant’s obligations hereunder.
