Common use of Assignee of Record of the Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Assignee of Record of the Mortgage Loans. As pledgee of the Mortgage Loans, the Indenture Trustee shall hold title to the Mortgage Loans by being named as payee in the endorsements or assignments of the Loan Agreements and assignee in the Assignments of Mortgage to be delivered under Section 2.1 of the Purchase Agreement.
