Common use of Assignee of Record of the Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Assignee of Record of the Mortgage Loans. As pledgee of the Mortgage Loans, the Indenture Trustee shall hold title to the Mortgage Loans by being named as payee in the endorsements or assignments of the Loan Agreements and assignee in the Assignments of Mortgage to be delivered under Section 2.1 of the Purchase Agreement. Except as expressly provided in the Purchase Agreement or in the Servicing Agreement with respect to any specific Mortgage Loan, the Indenture Trustee shall not execute any endorsement or assignment or otherwise release or transfer such title to any of the Mortgage Loans until such time as the remaining Trust Estate may be released pursuant to Section 8.05(b).
