ASSIGNEE OR PARTICIPANT AFFILIATED WITH THE BORROWER. If any assignee of a Lender is an Affiliate of the Borrower or of any of its Subsidiaries, then any such assignee Lender shall have no right to vote as a “Lender” hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents for purposes of granting consents or waivers or for purposes of agreeing to amendments or other modifications to any of the Loan Documents.
