Common use of Assignees and Third Parties Clause in Contracts

This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party and any attempted assignment without such consent shall be null and void; provided, however, that Cabot may assign this Agreement to a subsidiary or affiliated company.
