ASSIGNING MORTGAGE SERVICING. The PFI may not assign its responsibility for servicing all or any part of the Mortgages that it is servicing for the Bank without first obtaining the Bank’s written consent, which consent may be granted or withheld by the Bank in its sole discretion and may be subject to conditions specified in the Guides.
