Executive recognizes that ideas, Inventions, Confidential Information, Copyright Works, Copyright Works registrations or patents relating to his activities while working for the Company that are conceived or made by Executive, alone or with others, within one (1) year after termination of his employment may have been conceived in significant part while Executive was employed by the Company. Accordingly, Executive agrees that such ideas, Inventions, Confidential Information, Copyright Works, Copyright Works registrations or patents shall be presumed to have been conceived and made during his employment with the Company and are to be assigned to the Company in accordance with this Section 8.
