Common use of Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Assignment Agreement. The parties to each assignment shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent an Assignment Agreement, together with a processing and recordation fee in the amount of $3,500, unless waived, in whole or in part by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.
