Common use of Assignment and Amendment of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Amendment of Agreement. This Agreement automatically shall terminate without the payment of any penalty in the event of its assignment (as defined under the 0000 Xxx) or if the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Advisor and the Company shall terminate for any reason.
