Assignment and Assumption of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders. DISTRICT shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, have the option of requiring any Subcontractor or Material Supplier to perform in accordance with its Subcontract or Purchase Order with CONTRACTOR and assign the Subcontract or Purchase Order to DISTRICT or such other person or entity selected by DISTRICT to complete the Work.
