The transfer of responsibility or change in the name of any entity or division or unit under either party shall not be considered an assignment. This Agreement, permitted successorsincluding any and all amendments hereto, assigns and/or delegatesis not valid and effective for any purpose until approved by the COLW.

Assignment and Binding Effect.
