Assignment and Change in Ownership or Control. a. Consultant shall not assign any interest in this Agreement, and shall not transfer the same, without written notification to and the prior written consent of SCAG in a form approved by the SCAG Chief Financial Officer. b. In the event of any change in ownership or control of Consultant’s firm or Subconsultant’s firm, Consultant shall provide written notification to SCAG and SCAG shall determine the impact on this Agreement, if any, of such change, and provide its response to Consultant within thirty (30) days from the date notification is received by SCAG.
