Assignment and Disability. This Agreement and the obligations under it may not be assigned or delegated by Executive without Ball's written permission. This Agreement and the obligations under it may be assigned by Ball only as provided in Section 2 hereof. In the event Executive shall become unable to perform the services agreed to be rendered under this Agreement because of Executive's long-term illness, incapacity, disability or death or other reasons, this Agreement and Ball's obligations to make payments to Executive provided under this Agreement shall terminate as of that time.
