Assignment and Enurement. No party may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other parties and any transfer or assignment or purported transfer or assignment in contravention of this Section 18 shall be void and without force or effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall enure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
