ASSIGNMENT AND OTHER TERMS. Each of the Agreements shall be considered assigned to the Company. All other terms and conditions of the Agreements, except as modified by this Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect.
ASSIGNMENT AND OTHER TERMS. The Card and Your rights and obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned. We may transfer Our rights or obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice to You. The entity to which We make any such assignment shall be entitled to all Our rights and/or obligation under this Agreement to the extent assigned.
