Common use of Assignment and SubAgreement Clause in Contracts

Assignment and SubAgreement. Contractor shall not assign, sell, or otherwise transfer its interest or obligations in this Agreement without the prior written consent of MST. None of the services covered by this Agreement shall be subAgreemented without the prior written approval of MST. Notwithstanding any such subAgreement, Contractor shall continue to be liable for the performance of all requirements of this Agreement.
