Common use of Assignment and Subleasing by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Subleasing by Xxxxxx. None of Lessee’s right, title, and interest in, to and under this Agreement or any portion of the Equipment or the Escrow Agreement or the Escrow Account may be assigned, encumbered or subleased by Lessee for any reason, and any purported assignment, encumbrance or sublease without Lessor’s prior written consent shall be null and void.

Assignment and Subleasing by Xxxxxx. None of Lessee’s right, title, and interest in, to and under this Agreement or any portion of the Equipment or Equipment, the Escrow Agreement or Agreement, the Escrow Account may be assigned, encumbered or subleased by Lessee for any reason, and any purported assignment, encumbrance or sublease without Lessor’s prior written consent shall be null and void.

Assignment and Subleasing by Xxxxxx. None of Lessee’s right, title, and interest in, to and under this Agreement or any portion of the Equipment Equipment, the Escrow Agreement, the Escrow Account or the Escrow Agreement or the Escrow Delivery Costs Account may be assigned, encumbered or subleased by Lessee for any reason, and any purported assignment, encumbrance or sublease without Lessor’s prior written consent shall be null and void.

None of Lessee’s right, title, and interest in, to and under this Agreement or any portion of the Equipment or Equipment, the Escrow Agreement or Agreement, the Escrow Account or the other Collateral may be assigned, encumbered or subleased by Lessee for any reason, and any purported assignment, encumbrance or sublease without Lessor’s prior written consent shall be null and void.
