Common use of Assignment and Subletting by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Subletting by Lessee. 15.01. Lessee shall have the right without the prior written consent of Lessor to assign this Lease, and any interest therein, and to sublet the leased premises, or any part thereof, or any right or privilege pertinent thereto, provided each assignee assumes in writing all of Lessee's obligations under this Lease, and Lessee shall remain liable for each and every obligation under this Lease.

Assignment and Subletting by Lessee. 15.01. Lessee shall have the right without the prior written consent of Lessor to neither assign this Leaselease, and nor any interest therein, and to nor sublet the leased premisesLeased Premises, or any part thereof, or any right or privilege pertinent thereto, provided without the prior written consent of Lessor. Any approved assignment or subletting shall provide that each assignee assumes in writing all of Lessee's obligations under this Leaselease, and Lessee shall remain liable for each and every obligation under this Leaselease.

Lessee shall have the right without the prior written consent of Lessor to assign this Lease, and any interest therein, and to sublet lease or let or underlet the leased premises, whole or any part thereofof the leased premises with the consent of Lessor, or any right or privilege pertinent theretowhich consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided each assignee assumes in writing all of Lessee's obligations under that Lessee remains liable on this Lease, and Lessee shall remain liable for each and every obligation under this Leaselease.

Assignment and Subletting by Lessee. 15.01. 13.01 Lessee shall have the right without right, but only with the prior written consent of Lessor Lessor, to assign this Leaselease, and any interest thereinin the lease, and to sublet the leased premises, or any part thereofof them, or any right or privilege pertinent theretoto the lease or the leased premises, provided each assignee assumes in writing all of Lessee's ’s obligations under this Lease, lease and Lessee shall remain liable for each and every obligation under this Leaselease. Lessor’s consent under this subsection will not be arbitrarily or unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
