Assignment and transfer by Security Trustee. (a) The Security Trustee may assign or transfer its rights under and in connection with this Guarantee to the same extent as it may assign or transfer its rights under the Loan Agreement. (b) The Guarantor may not assign or transfer its rights under and in connection with this Guarantee.
