Assignment and Transfer of Series Assets from the Company. The Administrator will, or will cause the related Servicer to, identify in writing (which may be electronically) in accordance with Section 4.3(f) any Series Assets that have been allocated to and associated with a Series and that are to be assigned or otherwise transferred by the Company (on its own behalf or on behalf of or with respect to the applicable Series) or such Series to a Person other than the Company (on its own behalf or on behalf of or with respect to a Series), and provide to the applicable Holder(s) the following information with respect to such Series Assets:
