Credit Union Lien and Security Interest To the extent you owe the Credit Union money as a borrower, guarantor, indorser or otherwise, the Credit Union has a lien on any or all of the funds in any account in which you have an ownership interest at the Credit Union, regardless of the source of the funds. The Credit Union may apply these funds in any order to pay off your indebtedness without further notice to you. If the Credit Union chooses not to enforce its lien, the Credit Union does not waive its right to enforce the lien at a later time. In addition, you grant the Credit Union a consensual security interest in your accounts and agree the Credit Union may use the funds from your accounts to pay any debt or amount owed the Credit Union, except obligations secured by your dwelling, unless prohibited by applicable law. All accounts are nonassignable and nontransferable to third parties.
Security and Data Transfers Party shall comply with all applicable State and Agency of Human Services' policies and standards, especially those related to privacy and security. The State will advise the Party of any new policies, procedures, or protocols developed during the term of this agreement as they are issued and will work with the Party to implement any required. Party will ensure the physical and data security associated with computer equipment, including desktops, notebooks, and other portable devices, used in connection with this Agreement. Party will also assure that any media or mechanism used to store or transfer data to or from the State includes industry standard security mechanisms such as continually up-to-date malware protection and encryption. Party will make every reasonable effort to ensure media or data files transferred to the State are virus and spyware free. At the conclusion of this agreement and after successful delivery of the data to the State, Party shall securely delete data (including archival backups) from Party’s equipment that contains individually identifiable records, in accordance with standards adopted by the Agency of Human Services. Party, in the event of a data breach, shall comply with the terms of Section 7 above.
Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.
Passwords and Security You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s). You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name(s) and password (s) and you agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from the use of your user name (s) or password(s) (except as provided for in paragraph 5 below). You also agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from your authorization to link your brokerage account(s) to any other Firstrade Securities Inc. account(s). You acknowledge that we may tape record conversations with you, whether in person or by telephone, for purposes of verification and you consent to such recording.
Information Integrity and Security Contractor shall immediately notify County of any known or suspected breach of personal, sensitive and confidential information related to Contractor’s work under this Agreement.
– SENIORITY AND JOB SECURITY 9.01 (a) Seniority and service for full-time employees shall be defined as the length of continuous service with the Home since the date of last hire, subject to Article 9.03-9.05, 9.17, 9.18 and 11.10 and any other related provision of the Collective Agreement.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Background and Security Investigations 8.1 For the safety and welfare of the children to be served under this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall, as permitted by law, ensure that its staff, employees, independent contractors, volunteers or subcontractors who may come in contact with children in the course of their work, undergo and pass a background investigation to the satisfaction of COUNTY as a condition of beginning and continuing to work under this contract. Such background investigation may include, but shall not be limited to criminal conviction information obtained through fingerprints submitted to the California Department of Justice. The fees associated with the background investigation shall be at the expense of the CONTRACTOR, regardless if the member of CONTRACTOR’s staff passes or fails the backgrounds investigation.
General and Security Exceptions 1. Subject to the requirement that such measures are not applied by a Contracting Party in a manner which would constitute a means of arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination against, or a disguised restriction on investors of the other Contracting Party and their investments in the Territory of the former Contracting Party, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to prevent the former Contracting Party from adopting or enforcing measures:
Use of Private Vehicles Whenever practicable, State-owned or contracted vehicles shall be made available to ASF Members required to travel on behalf of the Employer. The Employer may elect to allow ASF Members to utilize personal vehicles on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the mileage resulting at the rates provided under the travel regulations. Except for emergency circumstances, or when defined by the Employer as a condition of employment, an ASF Member shall not be required to use a personal vehicle for university purposes.
