Assignment; Binding Effect; No Third Party Beneficiaries. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Agreement may not be assigned by any party without the prior written consent of the other party. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement will be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns.
