Assignment; Binding Effect; No Third Party Beneficiaries. You may not assign this Agreement to any other person or entity. We may assign this Agreement to any company with which we are directly or indirectly affiliated. We may also assign or delegate certain of our rights or responsibilities under this Agreement to independent contractors or other third parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Agreement is not for the benefit of any other person, and no other person shall have any right against the Bank or the Customer hereunder.
