Common use of Assignment, Binding Nature, and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Assignment, Binding Nature, and Benefits. This BA Agreement binds and benefits the parties, and their respective successors, and their permitted assigns. Business Associate may not assign or subcontract rights or obligations under this BA Agreement without the express written consent of Covered Entity. Covered Entity may assign its rights and obligations under this BA Agreement to any successor or affiliated entity.
