Common use of Assignment; Binding Nature Clause in Contracts

Assignment; Binding Nature. ConforMIS may assign this Agreement, or any rights or obligations herein, in connection with the transfer or sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock, without any consent of, or notice to, Employee to be effective. This Agreement will be binding upon Employee, Employee’s heirs, executors, assigns, and administrators and will inure to the benefit of ConforMIS, its subsidiaries, successors and assigns.
