Assignment by Bank of its Obligations. Administrative Agent may deem -------------------------------------- and treat a Bank party to this Agreement as the owner of such Bank's portion of the Loans for all purposes hereof unless and until a written notice of the assignment or transfer of such Bank's obligations otherwise permitted under the Agreement executed by such Bank shall have been received by Administrative Agent, together with Borrower's consent to such assignment or transfer and such other documentation from such Bank and its assignee or transferee as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
