Common use of Assignment by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Corporation. Except as permitted by Section 10.4 of the Credit Agreement, the Corporation shall not and cannot assign its obligations under this Agreement, or take any steps or enter into any transaction of any nature which would have that effect, without the prior written consent of the Holder. Subject thereto, all obligations of the Corporation hereunder shall bind the Corporation and its successors and assigns.
