Assignment by DTIDCL Clause Samples

The 'Assignment by DTIDCL' clause defines the conditions under which DTIDCL may transfer its rights or obligations under the agreement to another party. Typically, this clause outlines whether DTIDCL can assign the contract freely or only with the other party's consent, and may specify any exceptions or required procedures for such an assignment. Its core practical function is to clarify the circumstances in which DTIDCL can delegate its contractual responsibilities or benefits, thereby providing certainty and managing the risk of unexpected changes in the parties involved.
