Assignment by Employee. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in the Corporation’s benefit plans, the obligations, rights and benefits of Employee hereunder are personal to him, and no such obligation, right or benefit shall be subject to voluntary or involuntary alienation, assignment, delegation or transfer.
