Common use of Assignment by Financing Sources Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Financing Sources. Each Financing Source acknowledges that it has assigned and does hereby assign to its related Beneficiary or Beneficiaries all of its rights and interests under this Agreement and further acknowledges that its related Beneficiary or Beneficiaries may exercise all of such Financing Source’s rights hereunder assigned thereto.
