Common use of Assignment by First Party Clause in Contracts

Assignment by First Party. The First Party may at any time assign to any one or more person or entity all or any part of its rights, benefits or obligations under or arising out of this Agreement provided it provides notice to the Second Party. For the avoidance of doubt the consent of the Second Party is not required for any such assignment.
