Assignment by Insurer. No Policy and no right, interest or Claim under this Insurance Contract or Policy or any obligations or liabilities of the Insurer arising under this Insurance Contract or Policy or any sum or sums which may become due or owing to the Insurer, may be assigned, transferred, pledged, charged, or mortgaged by the Insurer.
