Common use of Assignment by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Lessee. Except in the case of any requisition for use by any governmental authority or any agency or instrumentality thereof referred to in Section 11.1, Lessee will not, except as expressly permitted in the Operative Agreements, without the prior written consent of Lessor and the Indenture Trustee, assign any of its rights hereunder.

Assignment by Lessee. Except as otherwise provided in Section 8.3 or in the case of any requisition for use by any governmental authority or any an agency or instrumentality thereof of the United States government referred to in Section 11.1, Lessee will not, except as expressly permitted in the Operative Agreements, without the prior written consent of Lessor and the Indenture TrusteeLessor, assign any of its rights hereunder, except as provided in Section 6.8 of the Participation Agreement.
