Assignment by Maker. Neither this Note nor any of the rights, interests or obligations hereunder may be assigned, by operation of law or otherwise, in whole or in part, by Maker without the prior written consent of H▇▇▇▇▇.
Assignment by Maker. Assignment by Maker and the assumption by any ------------------- third party of Maker's obligations hereunder shall be made only with the written consent of Payees.
