Assignment by Purchaser to a New. Asset Owner If at any time, an Affiliate of the Purchaser becomes entitled or mandated to own the System or any of the Assets, the Purchaser shall be entitled to assign, novate or transfer all or any of its relevant asset owner rights and obligations under this Agreement or any of the Transaction Documents to such Affiliate and the Seller and the Guarantor shall promptly execute any such documents and promptly take such other actions, in each case as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the Purchaser in connection with such assignment, transfer or novation.
