Assignment by Security Trustee. (a) The Security Trustee may disclose to any actual or proposed assignee or transferee any information in its possession that relates to the Assignor, the Assigned Rights and this deed that the Security Trustee considers appropriate, provided the Security Trustee obliges such proposed assignee or transferee to keep such information confidential. (b) Clause 15.5 of the Trust Deed shall apply mutatis mutandis to this deed.
